Girls'Day 2024: Get a taste of the IT sector

This year's Girls Day will take place on April 25, 2024. SerNet GmbH is also taking part in the campaign in 2024 and is offering six schoolgirls the opportunity to spend a day getting to know the various activities in IT and thus gain an insight into the IT security industry. The Future Day at SerNet starts at 10 a.m. and takes place at Bahnhofsallee 1b in Göttingen.

The SerNet trainees plan and organize the day and show the girls what there is to do in an IT department with practical tasks. The Review of 2023 shows how Girls' Day is done at SerNet. Computer science used to be a "women's issue" - but that has changed dramatically in recent decades. We would like to change that: This offer is deliberately aimed exclusively at girls to introduce them to IT as a career field.
