We work 24/7. You can always contact us. Our maintenance contracts ensure compliance with technical standards. Our support contracts arrange obligatory reaction and response times. If necessary we can arrange reaction time as short as 1 hour, no matter what time of the day it is.
Since its launch, SerNet has preferred to use open source software. That is why we have most of our expertise in the application of such software. Since its beginnings in the early 1990s, Linux and other free software has been used everywhere where it makes sense.
The Red Hat Linux, SuSE Linux, Debian Linux and OpenBSD operating systems and server software such as Samba, Apache as well as databases are maintained by us down to source code level.
Proprietary systems are used where free software is not enough, e.g. software from Avira, Cisco, Kobil, Likewise, RSA and other producers.
Our partners complement our services where our expertise needs to be supplemented to meet your needs.
