  • If you already have a contract with us, we will connect you to our technical support as soon as possible. You may be referred to the Teamviewer links for remote support.
  • If you are not authorized to place orders yourself, we will be happy to tell you who from your institution can authorize you.
     
  • If you do not have a contract yet, you may want to speak to our sales department. We will send you our uncomplicated support contract, by e-mail or fax, which contains everything important on 2 pages. You return this contract signed and can immediately access all support services.
