SerNet support contract

For professional network, Linux and Samba support SerNet offers a support contract for phone, written, fax, e-mail and on-site support. Please phone us to clarify any detailed questions you may have.
To utilise these services quickly and without any red tape you can request the contract online here:

1. Fill in and send the form opposite.
2. You will receive an e-mail with the address (URL) of the contract.
3. Download the contract via this web address, print it out, sign it and send it to us by fax.
4. You will receive a copy (including a customer number) signed by us via fax. You can then request our services by stating this number.

You must include a VALID e-mail address so that we can send the URL of your contract by e-mail.
For non-German speaking customers, we have an English support contract which we'll gladly send to you.
